ROLE
CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Year
SPRING 2023

When we acquired Wild Acre, we saw an opportunity to turn it into more than just a brewery—it needed to be a culture. The rebrand wasn’t just about new flavors and a fresh look; it was about building a bold identity that spoke to the outliers, creatives, and makers of Texas. We infused that spirit into every detail From our on-premise experience to our wholesale brand — crafting a voice, design, and product lineup that embodied passion and independent grit.

Beyond that, we leaned into the brewery’s history. Fort Worth’s notorious Hell’s Half Acre once housed Butch Cassidy’s Wild Bunch, and we made sure that rebellious energy lived on in Wild Acre’s story. From product names to visual identity, the rebrand brought the past to life while setting the stage for a future where craft beer meets craft culture.

Go-To Market Strategy

In a market as saturated as the craft beer industry, My strategy in driving the new brand direction was to target a niche subculture in an effort to establish Wild Acre as a “lifestyle Brand.”
