Some more about me…
Storytelling has shaped just about every major decision in my life—well, except marrying my better half. That was just common sense. My passion for weaving narratives led me to earn a degree in Film and Digital Media from Baylor University, where I honed my skills in visual storytelling (and learned the fine art of surviving on caffeine).
After a whirlwind internship in NYC in 2014 and an unforgettable summer crafting a social media campaign for BP America, I landed a role at Copart, Inc., a global powerhouse based in Dallas. There, I dove headfirst into the corporate world, discovering the thrill of turning complex business goals into compelling, creative content. Every video project I led—from concept to final cut—was a chance to flex my creative muscles and push my skills in storytelling.
In 2017, armed with experience and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit, I joined forces with my twin brother to launch Sleepwalker Creative. By day, we were corporate professionals. By night, we were brand-building warriors, offering motion graphics, video production, branding, and web design. Late nights and weekend grinds? Yep. But watching brands connect with their audiences and forging new opportunities to grow as creatives made every second worth it .
Later that year, the pursuit of love found me uprooting my life in Dallas to move to Phoenix, where I joined Small Giants, one of Arizona's top agencies specializing in CRE and AEC marketing. Beyond helping build a video production department and leading their internship program, I learned the incredible value of collaboration and tapping into the unique strengths of a team. (Pro tip: teamwork really does make the dream work.)
Fast forward to late 2020, when the heart of Texas called me back home. While I continued to lead VFX and animation remotely for Small Giants, I realized my passion lay in crafting content for consumers. Enter Bishop Cider Company. In August 2021—right after the birth of my first child—I joined the fast-growing brand as Creative Producer, channeling my love for photo and video into work that felt personal and exciting.
Today, as Creative Director, I lead the marketing team across our family of brands—Bishop Cider, Cidercade, Wild Acre Brewing, and Tex-Bev. Whether it’s brewing up bold campaigns, driving killer branding, or launching the next big idea, I live for the challenge of bringing stories to life. And when I’m not creating for work, I’m probably busy sketching silly drawings, building block towers, and finding inspiration though the child-like wonder of my daughters.
